The more I think about this exercise, the more I assert that this one was probably too easy and that I should pick some exercises which are more difficult.

Perhaps a little more detail would be helpful in this section. Perhaps you could explain why and how doing this particular exercise helped you. If you just chose it at random or did it because it was easy, then you have to question the value of it for your understanding of English.
